I saw this recipe and it looked delicious so I gave it a try! I was perplexed; however, I didn’t know whether I should make it for breakfast or lunch. I opted for a weekend lunch. It turned out fabulous! I loved it and I think it’s perfect for either breakfast or lunch. I did modify the recipe slightly. I didn’t have any brandy, so I excluded it. I didn’t use all the cream cheese mixture. I thought I’d end up with cream cheese overload if I used it all. Also, I ended up having tons of extra batter. I probably could have made 4 more sandwiches.
